Jewellery by Sergio are not required to provide refunds for change of mind. Credits and exchanges on non-bespoke pieces are welcomed for up to 7 days, so long as the piece has remained unworn and is returned in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.
Jewellery by Sergio grants refunds on items that have a major problem, such as arriving damaged or broken. Our clients must report this within 5 days of receiving their piece. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time at no added cost.
Please note that personalised and engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
With all pieces being hand made, Jewellery by Sergio pieces are quality checked at multiple stages to provide the highest quality jewellery for our clients.
